The terms and conditions (19 October 2026) name Logike SAS, SIREN 902303395, RCS Paris, share capital EUR 1,000, 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, under French law. A services agreement, developer terms (3 September 2026), DPA (27 October 2026) and vulnerability disclosure policy (3 September 2026) sit in the legal centre.

The developer terms ask integrations to respect published rate limits and not rotate keys to evade them; no clause against reading public pages was found.

www.breakcold.com/robots.txt allows all but /admin and /api with Content-Signal ai-train=no, search=yes, ai-input=yes; docs.breakcold.com allows all; rest.breakcold.com and mcp.breakcold.com carry only content-signal comments.
