Verdicts

Tock

Tock takes reservations and experience bookings for restaurants and wineries, is sold as Resy's Essential and Premium plans from $289 a month, and keeps a public status page with incident history. There is no public API or MCP server an outside agent can call. api.exploretock.com publishes data models without endpoints, and the Terms of Use forbid automated access.

Treatwell

Treatment and venue discovery with visible consumer prices. Open agent booking access was not verified.

Before you call either

Tock

  1. Don't plan to call Tock from another agent. Hand the booking to the person on exploretock.com or in the Resy app
  2. Do not script the Tock website, which the Terms of Use forbid. A venue wanting data should ask Tock through its dashboard account
  3. Check status.exploretock.com when a Tock confirmation SMS or checkout fails, since both had outages in September and October 2026

Treatwell

  1. Hand the final booking to the person unless Treatwell has approved an integration.
  2. Check the selected venue’s cancellation deadline and payment option.
