Hosted
Repostit LLC · repostit.io · who's behind it
Repostit is a hosted service that reposts short videos from one connected social account to others and schedules new posts across eight networks. Agents reach it through a remote OAuth MCP connector listed for Claude and ChatGPT.
Best for Creators, small businesses and agencies who post short vertical video on one network and want an assistant in Claude or ChatGPT to copy it to others on a schedule, set up reposting workflows and confirm what went out, without writing code.
Viewed under 500 times in the last 30 days · Claim it, free, to see who finds it
Is this your product? Claim it to see how agents find it: lookups through the API, MCP and letme, the comparisons it's in, and what people search for in Social. Free, and it never changes the grade. Or verify it, or log in if it's already claimed.
Assessment. An OAuth connector lets an agent list accounts, draft and schedule posts, build reposting workflows and check delivery, with drafts saved before anything publishes and a 14-day trial without a card. Tool names, schemas, scopes and error shapes are unpublished, the endpoint sits on a Cloud Run host, and there is no status page, public API or named subprocessor.

- Surface listed
- The hosted reposting and scheduling service at repostit.io and app.repostit.io with its remote MCP connector, read on 3 November 2026 from the pricing page, the features page, the contact and blog pages, the sitemap, llms.txt, terms of service and privacy policy pages, 12 help-centre articles, two comparison and blog pages, the Claude and ChatGPT connector pages on app.repostit.io and the official MCP registry. No account was made, no trial started, no MCP session opened and no OAuth flow started. The home page, /status/ and /.well-known/security.txt did not load through our reader, and nothing on the run.app host was fetched because its robots.txt did not load

platform. The pricing, features page and help centre lead with the app (workflows, Brief, Clips, backup, connections), the connector is the last of 18 items on the features page ('Works in ChatGPT and Claude') and one Getting Started article of 67, and plans are sold by posts and accounts. The connector is the only surface an outside agent reaches, so it is described in full and graded with the MCP reading - MCP server
- https://repostit-mcp-cfjcykgqda-uc.a.run.app/mcp/v1.1, Streamable HTTP, on Google Cloud Run rather than a repostit.io host. Named first-hand on https://app.repostit.io/claude-connector.html; the same address is in the official MCP registry (io.github.hax98/repostit, 2026.10.17 and 2026.10.23) and in agentsindex.ai per the 3 November listing check. Tool names, input schemas and annotations were not read because no session was opened
- Actions
- Per the Claude connector page, list connected accounts; create a Brief from text, images, an ordered carousel or a video with destinations and a caption; schedule a saved Brief for an exact future time with a timezone; publish a Brief now and check its delivery status and public links; create a workflow between a source and destination with formats and content scope; send a secure link to connect another account. Per the ChatGPT page, the public ChatGPT app covers video Briefs, scheduling, account listing, publishing and delivery checks only
- Read vs write
- Reads are connected accounts and delivery status. Writes are creating Briefs (drafts), scheduling and publishing Briefs (to every destination in the Brief), creating workflows and sending connection links. Future-content workflows publish automatically once active; existing-content workflows import matching content for review. No delete action is described
- Credentials
- OAuth with dynamic client registration and no client secret (first-hand); PKCE S256 per TensorBlock's self-reported third-party metadata. Permissions shown for review at sign-in. Offline access renews for up to 90 days from the first authorisation. No scopes, token lifetimes or revocation endpoint published; disconnect in the client or ask support. Social-provider credentials and tokens stay in Repostit
- Networks and media
- TikTok (video, photo posts), Instagram (Reels and video Stories, Business or Creator only), Facebook (Reels, videos, Stories, Pages only), Pinterest (video pins) and X (video) as source or destination; YouTube (Shorts up to 3 minutes), Threads and LinkedIn as destinations only. Backups to Google Drive and Dropbox. Recommended 9:16 at 1080 by 1920. Through the connector, images are JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB with carousels of 4 (X), 10 (Instagram, Facebook) or 20 (LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok)
- Limits
- Trial 10 posts counted per destination, 3 workflows, one account per network. Basic 10 video posts a month. Future workflows post about 2 hours after the source; existing-content workflows up to 5 a day. Network rules quoted in the help centre include X 2 minutes 20 seconds and 280 characters, Threads 500 characters and 5 minutes. No request rate limit for the connector is published; the terms bar automated access that sends more requests than a human could
- Errors and retries
- Failed items show the network's reason in View Content and Post History; per-network failure articles cover expired connections, length, format, too many posts at once and missing music licences. No help page says Repostit retries failed posts automatically. The connector guidance says Queued is not delivery and to check the existing result before retrying. No connector error shape is documented
- Plans
- Basic $5 a month (monthly only, 10 video posts, one account per network). Starter $14 a month or $10 billed yearly ($120). Influencer $29 or $20 ($240), 5 accounts per network. Agency $149 or $99 ($1,188), 30 accounts per network. Custom plans on request. Clips Free (10 videos or 100 minutes), Basic $8.25, Pro $16.58 and Premium $41.58 a month as shown with yearly billing
- SLA
- None. The terms say Repostit may modify or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time and will give notice of significant changes; no uptime statement
- Data handling
- Privacy policy effective 29 July 2026. Collects account, social-login profile, support and usage data with cookies for analytics and advertising. Retention is until the account is deleted or as needed. Pinterest credentials are deleted on disconnect; nothing similar is said for other networks. Subprocessors are 'hosting providers, analytics services', unnamed; data may be processed outside the user's country. No DPA, no statement on AI training, no mention of the connector. Account deletion removes connections, workflows and scheduled content with no stated timeline and leaves network-side access to be revoked by the user
- Status
- No status page found. None is linked from the help centre, the contact page, the footer or the troubleshooting articles; https://repostit.io/status/ did not load through our reader
- Support
- support@repostit.io and chat on weekdays, 9am to 5pm Eastern, with replies within 24 hours per the contact page. No community channel

Strengths
- Remote MCP connector with OAuth and dynamic client registration, listed for Claude and ChatGPT and in the official MCP registry, with social-network tokens kept inside Repostit
- Briefs are saved as drafts, queued Briefs are locked against a second send and Manual workflows wait for approval, so nothing publishes on creation alone
- Delivery checks report a result per destination with public links, and assistant-made posts show each step in the dashboard's Comments & Activity
- Eight networks with published media rules (20 MB images, carousel caps per network, 9:16 video at 1080 by 1920) and per-network failure guides
- 14-day trial with no card, then plans from $5 a month, with the connector included in every plan
Weaknesses
- No tool names, input schemas, annotations, scopes or error shapes are published, and no public REST API, SDK or OpenAPI file exists
- The MCP endpoint is on a run.app host, not repostit.io, and the registry entry sits under a personal GitHub namespace
- No status page, incident history, SLA, request rate limit or 429 guidance; no help page says failed posts are retried
- The privacy policy names no subprocessors, retention periods or data locations and does not mention the connector or its 90-day offline access
- The terms name Repostit LLC while every footer says Repostit, Inc., and the ChatGPT page and directory disagree on whether version 1.1 is out
Before you call it notes for agents
- List connected accounts first and confirm names and platforms with the user before choosing destinations; a missing account must be connected in Repostit Connections, not through the agent.
- Pass media as a downloadable HTTPS URL, never a local filename, and give every scheduled time with an explicit timezone.
- Treat Queued as accepted, not published; check delivery status and public links before reporting success, and check the existing result before any retry to avoid duplicate posts.
- Creating a future-content workflow makes it publish on its own once active; prefer existing-content workflows or Manual mode when the user wants to review first.
- On the trial, each destination counts as one of 10 posts and Basic allows 10 video posts a month; ask before fanning one Brief out to many networks.

TL;DR Not read by us yet, so nothing here is checked. The document is published and scores 4 of 10 until we read it.
A reading by a fixed set of rules, each answered with the vendor's own sentence. It isn't legal advice, a rule can miss a clause or misread one, and the document itself is what binds. How it's read and scored.
The terms of service (effective 7 March 2025, no later revision) say the service is operated by Repostit LLC, 254 Chapman Road Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, under Delaware law. The footer of every page read says '© 2026 Repostit, Inc.', and the privacy policy (29 July 2026) names only Repostit.io with the same address. Recorded as an inconsistency; the legal entity is taken from the terms.
The MCP endpoint is on repostit-mcp-cfjcykgqda-uc.a.run.app, a Google Cloud Run host, not a repostit.io host. Repostit's own page https://app.repostit.io/claude-connector.html names it. Its robots.txt did not load, so nothing on that host was fetched, including the OAuth well-known documents.
/whats-new/ lists undated items (the Claude and ChatGPT connector among them), so it is not recorded as a changelog. No status page is linked anywhere; /status/ and /.well-known/security.txt did not load through our reader, which also fails on the home page, so security.txt is recorded as unknown.
RDAP for repostit.io and the Wayback Machine were not read (the fetch needed an approval that did not come). firstReleased is 2025-03-07, the terms' effective date, the earliest first-hand date found; the connector's earliest date is the public ChatGPT app described on a page updated 24 September 2026, and the first registry version is 17 October 2026.
robots.txt on repostit.io allows everything except /api/, which was not fetched. app.repostit.io answers /robots.txt with the app's HTML shell and no directives; only the two connector pages and /llms.txt were read there.

Researched 3 November 2026 from public pages. No person is named with a role on any first-hand page read on 3 November 2026. The sitemap has no about or team page; the contact page names only the company and support; the blog index and the posts read carry no bylines; the terms of service and privacy policy name only Repostit LLC, Repostit.io and support@repostit.io; the help centre and the two connector pages name nobody. The official MCP registry entry is published under the personal GitHub account hax98, which is not a role. The submitter's name was not used. Ownership is private from the terms' Repostit LLC (Newark, Delaware), with the footers' Repostit, Inc. recorded as an inconsistency. Investors were looked for on repostit.io (sitemap, blog, contact, terms, privacy) and in four web searches for the company, its two entity names, a founder and a funding round or launch, which found nothing on a round or an investor; Crunchbase-style databases were not used. Shown for information, not part of the grade yet. People's accounts link to their own profiles; check them before you rely on one.

Notable
- Repostit's Claude connector page gives the MCP address as https://repostit-mcp-cfjcykgqda-uc.a.run.app/mcp/v1.1 for clients that support remote MCP and OAuth, names Claude web, mobile, Desktop, Code and the API as supported, and links a Claude directory entry at claude.ai/directory/repostit source
- The connector lists accounts, creates a Brief (a saved draft) from text, images, an ordered carousel or a video, schedules a Brief for an exact time with a timezone, publishes a Brief and checks delivery per destination with public links, creates a workflow between a source and destination, and sends a secure link for connecting another account. No tool names or argument schemas are published
- Creating a Brief saves a draft and neither publishes nor schedules; 'Queued' means accepted, not delivered; future-content workflows publish automatically once activated while existing-content workflows import for review; the page tells agents to check the existing result before retrying to avoid duplicate posts source
- Media must be at a downloadable HTTPS URL. Images are JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB, with carousels of up to 4 images on X, 10 on Instagram and Facebook and 20 on LinkedIn, Threads and TikTok; text posts go to LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, X and Threads source
- The ChatGPT connector page says the public ChatGPT app creates video Briefs only and that text, image and carousel drafts, connection links and workflows are planned for a version 1.1 awaiting publication; the 3 November listing check read ChatGPT's directory showing version 1.1.0 source
- The official MCP registry lists io.github.hax98/repostit with versions 2026.10.17 (17 October 2026) and 2026.10.23 (23 October 2026), both pointing at the same Cloud Run address, published under a personal GitHub namespace source
- Networks are TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and X as source or destination, and YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn as destinations only; Instagram needs a Business or Creator account and Facebook a Page. Bluesky and Snapchat are marked coming soon source
- Future workflows publish about 2 hours after the source post and existing-content workflows up to 5 posts a day; failures show a reason in View Content and no help page says Repostit retries a failed post source
- No public REST API, developer page, OpenAPI file, SDK, status page or dated changelog was found; /whats-new/ is undated and llms.txt is a Rank Math index of site URLs that includes theme placeholder entries source
- The terms (effective 7 March 2025) name Repostit LLC, 254 Chapman Road Ste 208, Newark, DE 19702, under Delaware law with arbitration in Delaware, while every page footer says Repostit, Inc. and the privacy policy (29 July 2026) names only Repostit.io and no subprocessors source

None is linked from the help centre, the contact page, the footer or the troubleshooting articles, and https://repostit.io/status/ did not load through our reader, which also fails on the home page (0). No readable incident history, so the floor (5). Repostit publishes posting quotas rather than request limits, 10 posts on the trial, 10 video posts a month on Basic, existing-content workflows up to 5 posts a day, plus per-network rules and 20 MB images through the connector; no request rate for the connector, and the terms only bar automated access faster than a human (6 of 15). No 429 or overload handling is documented. The Claude connector page says Queued means accepted, not delivered, and to check the existing result before retrying to avoid duplicate posts, and Brief locks queued posts against a second send; no idempotency key and no page says failed posts are retried (5 of 15). No SLA; the terms (7 March 2025) let Repostit modify or discontinue the service at any time and say nothing on uptime (0). | MCP reading, since the connector is the only surface an outside agent reaches; no public REST API, developer page, OpenAPI file, SDK or package was found in the help centre, /whats-new/, the sitemap, llms.txt, GitHub, npm or the MCP registry. No tool names or input schemas are published anywhere, and no session was opened to read them (0 of 25). llms.txt exists, but it is a Rank Math index of site URLs that includes theme placeholder entries, and help articles are HTML only (5 of 10). The Claude connector page says what each step is for and when not to use it, list accounts before choosing a destination, a Brief saves a draft and neither publishes nor schedules, publishing applies to every destination in a Brief, Queued is not delivery, future-content workflows publish once active while existing-content ones import for review (8 of 20). Inputs are described in prose only, formats per destination, JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB, carousel caps of 4, 10 and 20 by network, media at a downloadable HTTPS URL and a timezone with every scheduled time (4 of 15). Plain-language example requests and per-network failure reasons written for people; no example tool call, response or error shape (5 of 15). | MCP reading. The tool count is not published. The connector pages describe seven actions (list accounts, create, schedule and publish a Brief, check delivery, create a workflow, send a connection link), which suggests a small set, but the definitions were not read, so a middle reading rather than full marks (10 of 25). No pagination, filtering or output-size controls are documented (0 of 20). Delivery checks report a result per destination with public links when the network gives one, and the help centre lists failure reasons per network, but no error codes or connector error messages are documented (5 of 20). No idempotency key and no readOnlyHint or destructiveHint seen; Briefs start as drafts, queued Briefs are locked against a second send, Manual workflows hold posts for approval and the guidance says to check before retrying (6 of 20). Requests are made in plain language with few stated requirements (an HTTPS media URL, a timezone); no SDK in any language (4 of 15). 10+0+5+6+4 = 25. | |||

| OAuth with dynamic client registration and no client secret, per Repostit's Claude connector page, with offline access that renews for up to 90 days from the first authorisation; social-network sign-ins stay in Repostit and provider tokens are not passed to the assistant. PKCE S256 is stated only in third-party metadata. No scopes are named; the page lists the permissions shown at sign-in (read accounts, create workflows and Briefs, schedule or publish, read delivery status). Revocation is by disconnecting in the client or asking support (18 of 30). A Brief is saved as a draft, Manual workflows wait for approval, and the help article says the assistant shows each step for confirmation before publishing (on ChatGPT 'may ask', depending on the client); no read-only mode, and an activated future-content workflow publishes on its own (8 of 20). Tools return the user's own accounts, Briefs and delivery results and read no comments or messages (10). Assistant-created posts appear under Post with a Comments & Activity log of each step, and Post History shows each network's response; no per-call log for the connector (8 of 15). security.txt did not load through our reader, and no disclosure policy, bug bounty or certification appears on any page read (0 of 20). 18+8+10+8+0 = 44. | |||

The privacy policy (29 July 2026) keeps data until the account is deleted or as needed, with no periods, deletes Pinterest credentials on disconnect but says nothing of other networks' tokens, names no DPA, and does not mention the connector or its 90-day offline access; the account deletion article gives no timeline and leaves network-side access to the user (10 of 30). No deprecation policy or dated notices; the terms promise notice of significant changes and the ChatGPT page names a pending version 1.1 without a date (3 of 20). Graded 32.5 F methodology v0.7
Fix list 25 items, the biggest gain first
Everything this grade says the listing lacks, from the reasons above, the checklist, the provenance checks, the deductions, what we couldn't check and what the review panel asked for, with the steps, ready to paste into a coding agent working on Repostit. A fix counts at the next check, once it's public.
You're lucky. As part of the beta, your first month is free.
What we couldn't check
- Kind is
platform. The pricing, features page and help centre lead with the app (workflows, Brief, Clips, backup, connections), the connector is the last of 18 items on the features page and one Getting Started article of 67, and plans are sold by posts and accounts. The connector is the only surface an outside agent reaches, so it is graded with the MCP reading;mcpwould not move the scores. - The MCP address was found first-hand on Repostit's page https://app.repostit.io/claude-connector.html, matching the official registry (io.github.hax98/repostit) and agentsindex.ai per the 3 November listing check. The host is Google Cloud Run rather than repostit.io, and the registry namespace is a personal GitHub account that no first-hand page ties to the company (the contact page's YouTube link is @hhaaaxxx, which is suggestive but not a statement).
- unchecked: the live tools/list, tool names, input schemas, readOnlyHint and destructiveHint annotations, scopes and error shape. No session was opened and the run.app host's robots.txt did not load, so its OAuth well-known documents were not read; PKCE S256 comes only from TensorBlock's self-reported metadata.
- unchecked: Repostit's entry in Claude's directory (claude.ai/directory/repostit, named on the vendor's page) and ChatGPT's directory entry. The fetch of each host's robots.txt needed an approval that did not come; the ChatGPT entry (version 1.1.0, publisher Repostit) is per the 3 November listing check.
- The ChatGPT connector page says the public ChatGPT app makes video Briefs only and that version 1.1 with text, image, carousel, connection links and workflows awaits publication, while the listing check read version 1.1.0 in ChatGPT's directory and the Claude page describes all of them. Read as a stale page, not deducted.
- The legal entity. The terms name Repostit LLC of Newark, Delaware; the footers and the contact page say Repostit, Inc.; the privacy policy names only Repostit.io. Recorded as Repostit LLC from the terms, not deducted.
- unchecked: the home page, /status/ and /.well-known/security.txt, which failed through our reader (as the home page always does), so security.txt is recorded as unknown and the status page as absent because none is linked from any page read; RDAP for repostit.io and the Wayback Machine, which needed approvals that did not come.
- No public REST API was found on a second look (help centre, /whats-new/, the sitemap of about 150 URLs, llms.txt, GitHub search, npm search). PyPI answered its project pages with a bot check, which was not pursued. Two requests to pypi.org/simple/ were sent before PyPI's robots.txt was read, which disallows that path; both answered 404 and nothing from them was used. The word 'API' in the listing request is the submitter's; the blog's API guides describe other companies' APIs and were not used.
- No request rate limit for the connector, whether failed or retried posts count against plan quotas, how long connector tokens and uploaded media are kept, and which hosting, analytics and AI-caption providers process data were not found in the reviewed documentation.
- firstReleased is 2025-03-07, the terms' effective date and the earliest first-hand date (the /whats-new/ image path also sits in a 2025/03 folder). The connector is younger, with the ChatGPT app public by 24 September 2026 and the first registry version on 17 October 2026. lastRelease is 2026-10-23 from the registry.
- Repostit doesn't do LocalGhost's or letme's job. It reposts and schedules social video for a person; it neither hides an agent's identity nor picks tools for a task.

Tell us where it is
We read it once now and again every week. If the link is missing two weeks in a row the listing says so, and a later check puts it back.
Agents send the same to POST /api/v1/verify as {"slug": "repostit", "url": "…"}, or call the verify_listing tool at /mcp. Ten checks an hour from one address. What we check. To announce the listing, get sharing assets for social media.
