Strengths
/api/discoverlists APIs, skills and models with no key, withsearch, type, tags, limitandoffsetand a Markdown format- Paid APIs answer HTTP 402, and the pricing page says any Base wallet can pay over x402, so a per-call purchase needs no account
- One prepaid Balance pays for models through OpenAI Chat Completions and Anthropic Messages endpoints, with prices per 1M tokens published
- API keys are shown once, carry a spending limit that can change at any time and revoke immediately. Top-ups from the wallet need a signed budget with an expiry
- llms.txt and Markdown guides set out the discovery fields, both payment rails and error tables with the action for each status
Weaknesses

- Skills named

- The privacy policy names Stripe and OpenAI or Anthropic, while the models page lists AIHubMix, UnifyLLM and Baidu AI Cloud as providers. No retention period is stated
- The home page claims 1,600+ APIs, skills and models and 130,000 agents. The catalogue reported 71 APIs, 77 skills and 213 model entries
- Units are stated two ways, '$1 = 1 Balance' in one guide and '1 USDC = $1 = 100,000 Units' in another

TL;DR Not read by us yet, so nothing here is checked. The document is published and scores 4 of 10 until we read it.
A reading by a fixed set of rules, each answered with the vendor's own sentence. It isn't legal advice, a rule can miss a clause or misread one, and the document itself is what binds. How it's read and scored.
The footer of every AgentMarket page, the terms and the privacy policy included, reads '© 2025 FluxA Technology Pte. Ltd. All rights reserved.' Neither the terms nor the privacy policy (both 14 January 2026) names the company in its body, or gives an address, registration number, country or governing law.
A web search result title gives 'fluxa technology pte ltd 202555700C' on companieshouse.sg, a third-party aggregator. Its robots.txt could not be read, so the page was not opened and the number is unconfirmed.
The discovery gateway is on agentmarket.fluxapay.xyz and the proxy and LLM endpoints on router.fluxapay.xyz. The wallet CLI also calls agentid, agentwallet, walletapi and wallet subdomains of fluxapay.xyz.
agentmarket.fluxapay.xyz/robots.txt allows /, /marketplace/apis/, /api/discover and /api/llm/skills.md and disallows the rest of /api/ and /console/, with one sitemap. Nothing else under those paths was fetched.

Researched 7 November 2026 from public pages. No person is named with a role on any first-hand page read. The AgentMarket home, about, pricing, creator, terms and privacy pages name only FluxA Technology Pte. Ltd. in the footer, and the about page names no people, founding date or backers. The company site fluxapay.xyz, the documentation site docs.fluxapay.xyz and the blog fluxapay.substack.com could not be opened because their robots.txt could not be read. Nothing has broken it since we started probing it on 8 November 2026.
An outage our probes saw (three failed in a row, every five minutes) or a dated breaking change or shutdown sets it back to 0. It doesn't change the score. How it's counted

Graded as a hosted service, the discovery gateway on agentmarket.fluxapay.xyz and the proxy and LLM endpoints on router.fluxapay.xyz, from the vendor's pages. Nothing was called. No status page is linked from the site, the footer, llms.txt or the guides, and no status host was checked (0). With no readable incident history the record takes the default (5). Listing pages show a health count with no history, such as '10/10 endpoints healthy' on Minifetch. No rate limit with numbers was found in llms.txt, the guides or the CLI help. The only cap is a per-key spending limit (0). The Balance guide says to retry a 503 shortly without minting a new credential, replays of a settled top-up finalize call are idempotent, a failed order answers 409, and the card flow says 'a retry is a new order'. No 429 or Retry-After guidance was found. Termix earned 8 for the same kind of guidance with idempotency keys on writes (7 of 15). No SLA was found, and the terms supply the service 'as is' (0). The about page labels the product 'v.01 / Beta' (0). Total 12.

No OpenAPI file was found. llms.txt names none and the documentation site, docs.fluxapay.xyz, couldn't be read because its robots.txt couldn't be. The discovery response has documented fields (apiServers, skills, models, pagination), a GET on each listing's urls.access returns its endpoints and prices as JSON per the skill-creation guide, and the LLM endpoints follow the OpenAI and Anthropic formats (8 of 25). llms.txt and Markdown guides (getting-started.md, currency.md, create-skill.md, the APIs and Balance guides) written for agents (10). The guides say when to use search against query, that the external catalogues are a last resort and which rail fits which job. Listing descriptions come from creators and 17 of the first 50 skills have none (12 of 20). type is an enum that answers 400 to unknown values, limit is bounded at 1,000, and the chat and messages bodies follow published formats. Listing endpoints are described by each creator (9 of 15). curl examples for discovery, models and payment, a status table in the Balance guide with the action for 401, 503, 404, 402 and 409, and seven named mandate errors in the APIs guide (11 of 15). Paths carry /llm/v1/ and llms.txt names minimum CLI versions, but no changelog was found (3 of 15). Total 53.

Graded on the HTTP API. Discovery takes limit up to 1,000, type and tags filters and a Markdown format, with no field selection, and listing responses vary by creator (15 of 25). limit, offset and nextOffset on discovery, search and query modes, and the ledger takes kind, limit (maximum 100) and offset. llms.txt says filters ignore limit and offset (16 of 20). The Balance guide's status table gives an action for each status, the APIs guide names insufficient_balance, mandate_budget_exceeded, agent_not_registered and others, and a model served only on Messages answers 400 on chat (15 of 20). finalize replays are idempotent and a dead order answers 409 with the instruction to start a new one. No idempotency key on paid calls was found (10 of 20). The LLM endpoints accept any OpenAI or Anthropic client, discovery needs no parameters, and the only official client is the TypeScript wallet CLI (10 of 15). Total 66.

fxa_live_ keys are created by a person at /keys and shown once, each with a spending limit in Units that changes within seconds, and are revoked immediately over DELETE /llm/keys/<id>, with written rotation steps. Key management needs a 5-minute Agent VC, never a key, and creation can be set to need a person's approval. No permission scopes beyond the spending limit were found, and no secret in a URL (24 of 30). Wallet payments need a mandate a person signs with a USDC budget and an expiry, and the Balance guide says to confirm every top-up with the user. The APIs guide tells agents not to ask before paying within a signed mandate, and no read-only key was found (14 of 20). The marketplace returns content from third-party APIs and installs third-party skills. Results carry a fluxa or bazaar source tag, but entries named ssrf1, keyprobe and tooltest1 are tagged fluxa, no review of uploads is described, and no guidance on treating responses or skills as untrusted was found (2 of 15). The balance endpoint returns available, spent, burn per day and owed, the ledger lists spend and purchases per merchant, and the wallet skill reads an X-LLM-Cost header on model calls (11 of 15). No disclosure policy, bug bounty, certification or advisory was found. security.txt couldn't be read and is scored absent, and the privacy policy says only 'industry-standard security measures' (0 of 20). Payment platforms take the highest step that applies on the 40-point protocol line (40 on all their own endpoints, 30 on part of their own API, 25 when their merchants can accept one, 20 for a facilitator, 15 for paying as a buyer, 0 for only a protocol of their own). AgentMarket's proxied API endpoints and Balance top-ups answer x402 (v1 body or v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header), the pricing page says USDC from another wallet works over x402 on Base, and the FluxA CLI signs the standard exact EIP-3009 scheme. Model calls are charged to the Balance with a key or Agent VC. Nothing was paid, so this rests on the vendor's pages (30 of 40). Per-call price ranges are public in the catalogue, per-endpoint prices on listing pages, model prices per 1M tokens, Balance bundles and Token Plan prices, all without a login (20). Discovery and price reads are free with no account and some listed endpoints are priced at $0, but no free credit or trial was found. The wallet's TokenGo guide calls a $1 first top-up a trial. Termix earned 20 for free reads, and here a judgement call gives half (10 of 20). An agent holding Base USDC can pay a listed API per call with no account, per the pricing page and the 402 flow. Model calls, the Balance and keys need an account a person creates by signing in ('an agent cannot create either account'), and the FluxA wallet path needs a person to approve registration and sign a mandate (15 of 20). What we couldn't check
- Kind is
http-api. llms.txt, skill.md and the guides lead with the discovery gateway and the router's HTTP endpoints, and the website is a catalogue and console for people. There is no MCP server for the marketplace itself; MCP listings are proxied per listing through@fluxa-pay/fluxa-connect-mcp - The home page claims '1,600+ APIs, skills and models' and 'Used by 130,000 agents'. On 7 November 2026 the discovery gateway reported 71 APIs, 77 skills and 213 model entries, the models page 109 models and the sitemap 221 API pages. The 1,600 may count endpoints or the external x402 Bazaar, which search reaches. Recorded as the vendor's claim and not deducted. A person may read it as a misleading claim (-2)
- Test or placeholder entries are tagged
fluxa, which llms.txt calls 'verified and proxied by AgentMarket'. Skillstooltest1,tooltest2,ssrf1,keyprobe,priv4239,t1,gh0togh13,up1andup3, and APIs MCP_Server_Trigger_Test, MissPriss1202 ('taffic patterns'), Calm and 2800. Names such asssrf1andkeyprobesuggest someone probing the upload path. Recorded for reviewers, not deducted - unchecked: the documentation site docs.fluxapay.xyz, the company site fluxapay.xyz and the blog fluxapay.substack.com, whose robots.txt fetches were refused by our fetcher. They may hold an OpenAPI file, rate limits, a status page or a changelog, which could move Reliability, Schema and Maintenance
- unchecked: agentmarket.fluxapay.xyz/.well-known/security.txt could not be read. Scored absent
- unchecked: the company register entry. A search result title gives UEN 202555700C on companieshouse.sg, whose robots.txt couldn't be read. RDAP for fluxapay.xyz and the Wayback Machine were not read
- unchecked: whether a stock x402 client can pay the router's endpoints. The pricing page says USDC from another wallet works over x402 on Base and the FluxA CLI signs standard
exactpayloads, but nothing was paid - unchecked: the listing pages' per-listing endpoint and price JSON at
router.fluxapay.xyz/api/<slug>, the console, the keys page and the Planner, none of which were opened - The pricing page says Base only. Solana appears only in a third-party listing's text (Vedetta), though the listing check recorded Base and Solana
- The wallet's TokenGo guide mentions a '$1 initial trial'. Read with the same guide's 'The first AgentMarket recharge defaults to $1', it is a paid first top-up, not free credit
- firstReleased is 2026-01-14 from the terms and privacy policy.

Tell us where it is
We read it once now and again every week. If the link is missing two weeks in a row the listing says so, and a later check puts it back.
