1. Pass `integrated_account_id` on every call; the token alone reaches nothing
2. Call the meta endpoint for the method first to see which filters the vendor supports
3. Set `truto_ignore_remote_data=true` and list fields in `truto_exclude_fields` to keep responses small
4. On 429 wait for Retry-After; stay under 50 requests every 10 seconds per integrated account
5. Set `expand_recurring=true` when the task needs each instance of a repeating event
