**Rocket Money.** Rocket Money combines budgeting, subscription cancellation and bill negotiation for people in its app and through Rowan, a text-message assistant, with weekly iOS releases. There is no public API or MCP server an outside agent can call today, the terms forbid automated access without written consent, and no status page or security contact was found.

**ScribeUp.** ScribeUp sells subscription detection, one-click cancellation and card updating to banks and fintechs, embedded by SDK, iFrame or API, and claims SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS compliance. There is no public API or MCP server an outside agent can call today. Developer docs are locked and access starts with a demo request.

## Before you call either

### Rocket Money

1. Don't plan to call Rocket Money from another agent. There is no public API or MCP server, so hand subscription and bill tasks to the member in the app or Rowan.
2. Don't use unofficial clients that take the member's session cookie. The terms forbid automated access without written consent.
3. Tell the member bill negotiation costs 35 to 60 per cent of first-year savings unless they pay $15 a month for Premium+.
