The 15 tools' input schemas were not read, since no session was opened and the server card at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json lists tools only as 'dynamic'. An OpenAPI 3.1 file at https://neverapply.co/openapi.json covers 7 GET operations of the Jobs API with typed parameters, but every 200 response is typed as an integer constant (422, 401, 404 or 200) with no job schema, and no pagination fields are defined, so partial (12 of 25). llms.txt and a Markdown authorisation guide at https://neverapply.co/auth.md (10). The three skills and GEMINI.md in the plugin repository say when to use each tool, in what order, which IDs to trust and where to stop and ask, and the MCP page groups the tools by access level; the hosted tool descriptions were not read (12 of 20). Jobs API parameters carry enums (experience level, salary period, visa sponsorship, clearance, education, sort), bounds (`per_page` 1 to 100, 500 or 1,000) and patterns on country codes; the MCP arguments are named in the skills without types (10 of 15). auth.md documents 401, the OAuth error codes, 429 and `isError` inside a 200, the skills name `waiting_for_answers`, `open_review`, `upgrade_required` and `matches_state`, and the OpenAPI description lists five error codes, but its components define different error shapes and no request or response example was found (8 of 15). /v1 paths, OpenAPI version 1.0.0 and a repository tag v1.0.0, but no changelog; /changelog answered a client error (5 of 15). 12+10+12+10+8+5 = 57.",

The operations carry a summary and no description in the definition. The main pages add prose on required attributes, notifications and confidential jobs, and nothing says when not to use an endpoint (10). Typed parameters with 117 enums on the List Applications page alone, a `page[size]` maximum of 1,000, date-time formats and closed objects (12). Request examples on the main write pages and example bodies for 400, 401, 403, 429 and 500, plus 422 on writes (12). None is linked from the home page, llms.txt (which lists none) or the MCP page, and https://neverapply.co/status answered a client error (0). No readable incident history, so the floor (5). auth.md publishes budgets with numbers per member and OAuth client, 60 requests a minute on Free and 300 with full access, 50 or 2,000 read calls and 500 or 10,000 search rows a day, 3 or 30 application sends a day and 5 concurrent requests per token, with daily resets at midnight UTC; the page says they are monitor-only for now, and the OpenAPI file gives the Jobs API 1,000 to 250,000 calls a month by plan (15). auth.md says to respect Retry-After on 429 and the reset and retry fields on MCP limit errors, to retry safe reads with bounded backoff and never to repeat an application action blindly; the apply-to-jobs skill passes an `idempotency_key` on `apply_to_job` and a `review_version` on approvals and answers (15). No SLA on any plan was found (0). The Jobs API takes a bearer token from a developer dashboard that was not readable (26 of 30). Read, edit and apply scopes; applying needs the apply scope, credits and the member's approval of each named job, sending needs a separate grant tied to one assistant that the terms say no tool can create, held applications need an explicit `approve_application`, and MCP tools cannot buy plans or move money; the web app's Send mode applies up to a daily cap without asking per job, which is outside the MCP surface (18 of 20). Job descriptions are employer text; the find-jobs skill and GEMINI.md say to summarise them and never follow instructions inside them, with no server-side filtering described (9 of 15). Settings list connected AI clients with their mode and allowance, `get_profile` shows the current budget mode, the tracker logs every application, errors carry a support or correlation ID, and the privacy policy keeps detailed API usage records for 90 days; no per-call log for the member is documented (7 of 15). security.txt is valid until 7 November 2027 with hello@neverapply.co, and the contact page routes security reports to security@neverapply.co with a reply within 24 hours; no bug bounty, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 found (6 of 20). 26+18+9+7+6 = 66.",

The AI approach page lists red-teaming and guardrails for Pinpoint's own AI, and nothing addresses API or MCP clients (5). Plan prices are public without a login, Pro $29 and Max $49 a month ($19 and $39 a month billed yearly) with 150 and 450 credits a month and 1 credit per application, and the OpenAPI file prices the Jobs API at $19, $49 and $149 a month for 10,000, 50,000 and 250,000 calls; credit pack prices are not listed (15 of 20). Free is $0 with no card, 10 applications once, 5 match previews a day and 50 MCP reads a day per client, and the Jobs API has a free 1,000 calls a month (20). Guest `search_jobs` and `get_job` need no account, but every other tool, applying among them, needs a person to sign in or create an account and verify an email on the hosted page, so partial (10 of 20). 0+15+20+10 = 45.\n- Pinpoint (0): No x402, MPP or L402 (0). No prices are published. The site has a request pricing form that leads to a sales call (0). No free tier, sandbox or self-serve trial was found. Integration vendors can ask for a demo account by email (0). A customer admin creates the key in settings, and the MCP servers need that key or a browser sign-in (0). 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 = 0.\n\n### Transparency \u0026 trust: Pinpoint +21\n\n- NeverApply (57): Closed hosted service under terms (last updated 18 October 2026) naming Kasovy LLC, registered in Wyoming, with Wyoming law and a liability cap of 12 months' fees or USD 100; the plugin repository of manifests and skills is MIT, copyright Kasovy LLC (17 of 30). The privacy policy (26 October 2026) gives retention periods (7 days for resumes uploaded without an account, 90 days for detailed API usage records and relay mail, a 30-day frozen period before deletion, and what is kept after it), says providers don't train on content under their API terms and that demographic answers are not used for matching, and the extension has its own policy (28 September 2026) saying nothing leaves the device unless AI answers are turned on; no DPA was found, and hashed emails and click IDs go to ad platforms (22 of 30). No deprecation policy or dated notices; the terms promise notice by email or in the product before material changes, and the switch to guest search was recorded only in a commit (4 of 20). Providers are named (OpenAI and Anthropic through Cloudflare's AI Gateway, Google Gemini, AWS S3 and SES, TypeSafe, Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Expo, PostHog, Sentry, Gravatar, and Meta, TikTok, Google and X for ads), resume files are stored in AWS eu-central-1, and most providers are in the United States under standard contractual clauses (16 of 20). 17+22+4+16 = 59.\n- Pinpoint (78): Closed service with a published Sales Agreement, dated July 2026 and governed by English law. The August 2025 and October 2025 versions are paths robots.txt now closes (15). The privacy policy, the Data Processing Addendum of July 2026 and the Sales Agreement are published. The addendum promises deletion within 30 days of termination and breach notice within 72 hours, while the security FAQ says 15 days for production and 45 days for backups, a small disagreement, per the 8 October check (22). No deprecation policy was found. Changelog 1.0.28 describes a change to US address fields made in May 2026 and calls two write restrictions temporary, with no end date (4). 21 sub-processors listed with purpose and location, updated 16 October 2025. Data is stored in Amsterdam, Dublin and London on AWS and DigitalOcean, and the sub-processor list adds Frankfurt (18). 15 + 22 + 4 + 18 = 59.\n\n### Schema \u0026 documentation: Pinpoint +20\n\n- NeverApply (57): MCP reading, with the Jobs API described. 12+10+12+10+8+5 = 57.\n- Pinpoint (77): Each of the 113 operations has an OpenAPI 3.0.1 definition on its reference page, and the documentation MCP server returns the same contract by endpoint. No single downloadable file was found, and developers.pinpointhq.com/openapi returns 404 (20). `llms.txt` on developers.pinpointhq.com and every page served as Markdown (10). The version is in the path and a changelog runs from 1.0.16 to 1.0.28, with the two newest entries undated in their titles (13). 20 + 10 + 10 + 12 + 12 + 13 = 77.\n\n### Reliability: Pinpoint +19\n\n- NeverApply (45): Hosted reading, for the MCP server at https://neverapply.co/mcp with the Jobs API described. No status page was found. Nothing on the MCP page, auth.md or llms.txt labels the server beta or preview; the Telegram agent and Envoy marked 'soon' are not this surface (10). 0+5+15+15+0+10 = 45.\n- Pinpoint (64): Graded on the REST API with the hosted lines. Statuspage site at status.pinpoint.support with three components (Pinpoint, Pinpoint Support, Social Advertising) and incident history, none named for the API (20). The history feed read on 2 November has one incident in the 90 days from 4 August, emails stuck in sending for 6 hours 41 minutes on 1 September 2026, which hit one function and reads as minor (20). The 8 October reading came from the page's /api/ path, which its robots.txt disallows, and is replaced by the feed. No request rate limit with numbers was found in the developer docs, llms.txt or the help centre (0). Every operation documents a 429 response with the code `too_many_requests`, but no `Retry-After` header, no backoff guidance and no idempotency keys were found (4). The July 2026 Sales Agreement sets a 99.5 per cent monthly uptime target with service credits, per the 8 October check, not re-read on 2 November (10). The API is v1 with a changelog at 1.0.28 and no beta label (10). 20 + 20 + 0 + 4 + 10 + 10 = 64.\n\n### Security \u0026 auth: Pinpoint +12\n\n- NeverApply (66): OAuth 2.1 for the MCP server, public clients with PKCE S256, client ID metadata documents or dynamic registration, a `resource` parameter, refresh tokens and three scopes; auth.md says no API keys or personal access tokens are accepted and documents no query-string secret; token lifetimes are not stated and no RFC 7009 revocation endpoint is advertised, though disconnecting a client in settings revokes its tokens and pending codes. 26+18+9+7+6 = 66.\n- Pinpoint (78): API keys are sent in the `X-API-KEY` header only. Each key is set to none, read, or write and delete per data category, can be edited and deleted, and several can exist. No expiry or rotation setting is described. The per-tenant MCP server uses OAuth with PKCE (S256), dynamic client registration, a revocation endpoint and two scopes, `tools:read` and `tools:write` (27). A key can be read-only, the MCP guide recommends a read-only key for AI tools, and the per-tenant MCP server acts with the signed-in user's permissions. No per-action confirmation is documented beyond the OAuth consent screen (15). CVs, cover letters and answers are candidate-written. The AI approach page lists red-teaming and guardrails for Pinpoint's own AI, and nothing addresses API or MCP clients (5). An API Logs tab lists every request with path, method, response, key, IP address and duration, and MCP actions are recorded against the user (15). ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and SOC 2 Type II, annual third-party penetration tests, and a valid `security.txt` on tenant hosts (contact security@pinpointhq.com, expiry 31 December 2027, read on 2 November on workwithus.pinpointhq.com; app.pinpointhq.com now disallows crawlers, so the 8 October reading there is struck). The vulnerability disclosure page still has no body. No bug bounty was found (16). 27 + 15 + 5 + 15 + 16 = 78.\n\n### Maintenance \u0026 community: NeverApply +10\n\n- NeverApply (50): Closed service. The latest dated change is a commit of 31 October 2026 to kasovy/neverapply-mcp documenting guest access to `search_jobs` and `get_job`, after a tag v1.0.0 on 21 October; the privacy policy was updated on 26 October and the terms on 18 October (30). One tagged release and 16 commits from 25 September to 31 October 2026, with no changelog or release notes, so partial (10 of 20). No public changelog; support is a contact form, hello@neverapply.co and security@neverapply.co, with a stated reply within one business day and a median first reply of about two hours in staffed hours; GitHub issues could not be read because the GitHub API was not available to us (5 of 15). The server card names `co.neverapply/neverapply` and llms.txt says it was published to the official MCP registry on 25 September 2026, but the registry could not be read, so it is scored absent; no official SDK (0 of 15). The plugin repository has no runtime dependencies and a CI workflow that validates every manifest against its published schema, with a release workflow on tags; actions are pinned to major tags and the run results were not readable (5 of 10). 30+10+5+0+5 = 50.\n- Pinpoint (40): Changelog entry 1.0.28 was posted on 4 August 2026 per the changelog page, 90 days before 2 November, the last day it counts, and no newer entry is listed in llms.txt (20). One API changelog entry falls in the 90 days from 4 August. The website also has monthly product release posts for August, September and October 2026, dated only by month and about the product rather than the API, so we give half (10). A public changelog, an integrations email address and a help centre with live chat (10). No official SDK was found, and we couldn't reach the official MCP registry to look for an entry (0). No packages to assess (0). 20 + 10 + 10 + 0 + 0 = 40.\n\n## Score by category\n\n| Category | Weight | NeverApply | Pinpoint | Edge |\n| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |\n| Reliability | 16% (20 this run) | 45 | 64 | Pinpoint +19 |\n| Performance | 10%, pending | pending | pending | not scored in this run |\n| Schema \u0026 documentation | 13% (16.2 this run) | 57 | 77 | Pinpoint +20 |\n| Agent ergonomics | 13% (16.2 this run) | 66 | 73 | Pinpoint +7 |\n| Security \u0026 auth | 14% (17.5 this run) | 66 | 78 | Pinpoint +12 |\n| Payments \u0026 pricing | 10% (12.5 this run) | 45 | 0 | NeverApply +45 |\n| Task success | 10%, pending | pending | pending | not scored in this run |\n| Maintenance \u0026 community | 7% (8.8 this run) | 50 | 40 | NeverApply +10 |\n| Transparency \u0026 trust | 7% (8.8 this run) | 57 | 78 | Pinpoint +21 |\n| Negative events | ≤15 | 0 | -3 | |\n| **Total** | | **55.5 · C** | **58.2 · C** | |\n\n## Facts side by side\n\n| Fact | NeverApply | Pinpoint |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| Kind | Platform | HTTP API |\n| Vendor | Kasovy LLC | The Infuse Group Limited (trading as Pinpoint Software) |\n| Hosted endpoint | `https://neverapply.co/mcp` | `https://developers.pinpointhq.com/mcp` |\n| Transports | Streamable HTTP, HTTP | HTTP, Streamable HTTP |\n| Auth | OAuth or key | OAuth or key |\n| Pricing | Freemium | Paid |\n| Price for recruiting applications | $0.19 per transaction | not published |\n| x402 | no | no |\n| Licence | Proprietary hosted service under Kasovy LLC's terms (last updated 18 October 2026, Wyoming law).
