**360dialog WhatsApp API + MCP.** Meta's per-message fees passed through at cost, plus a flat €49 to €249 a number a month, with llms.txt and OpenAPI blocks in Markdown docs. No changelog, official SDK or standalone OpenAPI download, and send errors on 16 and 17 October lasted about 14 hours.

**YCloud.** YCloud's v2 API sends WhatsApp, SMS, email and voice messages and verification codes, with public OpenAPI files, numbered rate limits with Retry-After and RateLimit headers, a named error catalogue and a free plan with no card. Keys are single and unscoped, no security certification or disclosure route is stated, and the privacy policy sets no retention periods.
