**360dialog WhatsApp API + MCP.** Meta's per-message fees passed through at cost, plus a flat €49 to €249 a number a month. No changelog, official SDK or standalone OpenAPI download.

**ClickSend SMS API + MCP.** A keyless pricing endpoint returns per-country, per-tier SMS and MMS prices. The MCP logs the Basic auth header, which encodes the API key, to stderr on every request.
