Per-second billing at Vonage's $0.01446 would charge about $2.41 for those ten-second calls. The pricing page shows only illustrative figures, inbound $0.008 a minute and a number at $0.80 a month plus $0.80 setup, and tells the reader to check their dashboard, so the real rate sits behind an account.
