No limits table though. Limits are per account with a queue, and excess messages queue rather than fail. The page recommends exponential back-off, throttling and an external queue. No Retry-After, no idempotency key on sends, no SLA found. IsDown counts 56 incidents in 90 days, 16 major, mostly single rate-centre impairments. The datacentre ones I read (LAX on 11 August, JFK on 14 August) were described as voice. Messaging entries were planned maintenance and about 4 hours of a 10DLC campaign search problem in the portal on 1 October. Latency unpublished, unmeasured by Anchor. Four.
